Microsoft 365 users to get unlimited Onedrive storage over the next few months
During our dark October bank holiday last Monday, Microsoft announced a great addition to Microsoft Office 365 for Office 365 Home, Personal and University editions to help liven up things. They are offering unlimited storage on their OneDrive cloud storage solution. Business 365 users are believed to be included in the offer early 2015.
OneDrive is Microsoft’s cloud storage survive which was recently renamed from SkyDrive. The offer will be rolled out over the next couple of months and existing subscribers can subscribe, to an already long queue. Starting from as little as €3.80 a user/month for the Business Essentials edition, Office 365 is well worth considering now that is allowing access to unlimited storage with is OneDrive service.
Official AnnouncementToday, storage limits just became a thing of the past with Office 365. Moving forward, all Office 365 customers will get unlimited OneDrive storage at no additional cost. We’ve started rolling this out today to Office 365 Home, Personal, and University customers. The roll out will continue over the coming months, so if you want to be one of the very first to get more storage. In the meantime, you can take advantage of the massive capacity you have today by activating the auto upload feature for your camera roll on your phone.
