No one likes Spam and from time to time that annoying offer gets through even the most sophisticated filters. Microsoft have announced a new capability to its online Exchange mail service. For example, for Exchange Online, we were able to increase the percent of filtered emails based on these new bulk mail capabilities by another 16 percent in recent months.”
Bulk mail is another recent phenomena that can sometimes lead to annoyance. Examples of bulk email include newsletters, social updates and promotions.
